Search for documents using any part of: Patient Name, Medical Record Number, Physician Name, Work Type, Status, Department Name, Account Number, Dictated Date, Transcribed Date, Admit Date, and much more.

Documents are stored, within our data center, indefinitely and made available via iSearch™. In short, our retention policy is defined by your organization's requirements.
