Using SSL and 128-bit encryption, and HIPAA compliance, iSearch™ is accessible from any location that has Internet connectivity. Search for documents using any part of: Patient Name, Medical Record Number, Physician Name, Work Type, Status, Department Name, Account Number, Dictated Date, Transcribed Date, Admit Date, and much more. Every edit is tracked and is available for online viewing, printing, or just looking at patient demographics.

Tailored Distribution and Interfacing

Our Doc-U-Med™ distribution platform provides hands-off document delivery on a scheduled basis sending copies to physicians via e-mail, fax, or any other electronic method. Destinations can be defined based on the type of document, dictating physician, or any other physician referenced in the document. We offer extremely flexible options of sorting and distributing large print jobs. Count on us for solutions that are creative, customized and effective. Flexible Dictation Platform

Chronicle Transcripts maintains state-of-the-art, easy to use, voice-prompted digital dictation systems that can be set up to emulate just about any system your physicians are accustomed to using. Our voice server can also be customized for each physician's preference. Chronicle Transcripts provides digital dictation services for clients who do not have a dictation system.

AUTOSUM® provides a timely completion and contributes to more efficient medical record management and billing.
